Terms and conditions
The terms for your Seedbunker order – clear and easy to follow.
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to the purchase of goods in the Seedbunker online shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Consumers purchase primarily for private purposes. Individually agreed terms take precedence.
Your contracting party is Timo Tobias Krause, Seedbunker, Wittekindstr. 52, 47051 Duisburg, Germany. Complete supplier details are available in the Legal notice.
2. Product range and product information
Strain images may be digitally edited. Descriptions of natural characteristics and data sheet values are not a general guarantee of any particular result. Agreed product characteristics and statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
You select items and variants and add them to your basket. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct quantities, the delivery address and other details. Submitting the order using the button clearly indicating an obligation to pay constitutes your binding offer to purchase.
An automatic acknowledgement records receipt of the order. Acceptance of the contract occurs through a confirmation expressly identified as acceptance or through delivery. Payment-related differences in the time of acceptance will be clearly communicated before the order is completed.
[Check the acceptance time for each payment method and the order email content against the actual WooCommerce process – to be added]
4. Contract language and documents
The contract language is German. Order documents will be sent in text form to the email address provided when ordering. If you have a customer account, you can access the orders stored there. You can save these terms using your browser's print or save function.
[Technically confirm delivery of the terms and cancellation information in the order email before launch – to be added]
5. Prices, shipping costs and payment
The order summary shows the total in euros, including the shipping costs for your order. Additional paid services are charged only if expressly selected. Available payment methods and their due dates are displayed before you complete your order.
[Confirm standard VAT treatment or the small business scheme and set all price notices accordingly – to be added]
You can find the details under Shipping & payment.
6. Delivery
At launch, we deliver only to addresses within Germany. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our business location. For available goods with confirmed payment received before 12:00 noon (German local time), we dispatch on the same shipping day; otherwise on the next shipping day. A delivery time is specified before purchase for every orderable item. Shipping costs and any delivery restrictions are displayed before the order is completed. If there is a delay, we will inform you; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
8. Cancellation
Consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel distance contracts. The conditions and form are available under Cancellation & returns. Statutory exceptions are expressly explained for affected goods before the contract is formed.
9. Statutory rights in respect of defects
Statutory warranty rights apply to goods. For newly purchased goods, the statutory limitation period for defect claims is generally two years from delivery; special statutory provisions remain unaffected.
If goods are defective, you may request a remedy under the statutory conditions and, where applicable, reduce the price, withdraw from the contract or claim damages. Please contact us so we can resolve the matter. We do not require all complaints to be made within a few days. Your statutory rights do not depend on a manufacturer's guarantee.
[Add the harmonised EU notice on statutory warranty rights to the sales process before launch – to be added]
10. Liability and mandatory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms exclude neither claims for injury to life, body or health nor claims arising from mandatory statutory liability.
11. Applicable law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded. No exclusive place of jurisdiction to the detriment of consumers is agreed.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any concerns, you can reach us via Contact.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
Information about cannabis seeds
We want you to use our genetics responsibly and within the applicable law. Our shop is intended for adults aged 18 and over and, at launch, delivers exclusively within Germany.
Exclusively for lawful cultivation
Under Section 4(1) of the German Cannabis Act (KCanG), handling cannabis seeds is permitted provided they are not intended for unlawful cultivation. Our seeds are intended exclusively for cultivation permitted by law. Private cultivation for personal use is permitted for adults under the conditions of Section 9 KCanG and is limited to a maximum of three living cannabis plants at the same time. Further statutory requirements, particularly regarding residence, possession limits and distribution, must also be observed. A larger seed pack does not permit the simultaneous cultivation of a corresponding larger number of plants.
Separate requirements under Chapter 4 KCanG apply to communal cultivation for personal use in cultivation associations. Legal rules can change; the law in force at the relevant time applies. Before purchasing and using products, check the requirements that apply to you.
Protect children and young people
Seeds, plants and cultivated cannabis must be protected by appropriate safeguards against access by children, young people and other unauthorised persons (Section 10 KCanG).
Understanding strain information
Flowering times, yields, terpene profiles, cannabinoid information and described effects are provided for guidance. Results depend on factors including genetics, phenotype and growing conditions. Strain values are not batch-specific laboratory results and do not guarantee a particular result. Our seeds are not medicines. Strain descriptions contain no medical claims of cure and do not replace medical advice.
Responsibility and your rights
Use products only lawfully and appropriately. This notice does not authorise prohibited acts. Your statutory rights in respect of defects and mandatory liability claims remain unaffected; statutory liability rules apply.
Age confirmation on entry
The age confirmation when entering the shop is based on your own declaration. It is not an identity or document-based age check and does not replace any further checks that may be required during ordering or delivery.
